Artist Jamie Mitchell created this 30 x 40 bold, contrasting piece in hopes that it will bring cheer and optimism to the home where it lands. 

Artist Jamie Mitchell began painting objects in high school as
gifts for friends... She dabbled in art for many years before
buying a nicer set of paint and some canvases after seeing some
beautiful (but very expensive) abstract art at a hotel in San
Francisco. Since she could not afford to buy the art pieces, she
decided to give abstract art painting a try in order to have
something to hang on her bare apartment walls. Fast forward 25
years, and Jamie has painted countless abstract art pieces and
even teaches children when she gets a chance. Jamie has lived
in Montgomery for the past 20 years with her husband Philip
and has 2 teenage children, Erin and Patton.
