The Gourmandise School is a hands-on culinary school for beginners to professionals focused on teaching classic techniques using locally sourced ingredients. We offer baking and cooking classes, professional series and fascinating food workshops. Classes are offered mornings, afternoons, and evenings seven days a week. Non-local winning bidders may request shipping for an additional shipping/handling fee based on size and weight of item(s).

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
