Description
Jumpstart your CrossFit journey with 3 On-Ramp personal training sessions!
These one-on-one sessions are designed to teach the foundational movements and
techniques needed to safely and effectively join our group classes.Our gym also
offers group classes, personal training, teens classes, paddle boarding strength
classes, and pickleball fitness classes.
Classes are available Monday-Sunday. CrossFit 310 is located in Redondo Beach.
Special Instructions
Winning bidder is responsible for picking up item(s) on the pick up days indicated below. Certificates that can be emailed will be emailed upon receipt of payment. NO SHIPPING ON CLASS BASKETS. Non-local winning bidders may request shipping for an additional shipping/handling fee based on size and weight of item(s).

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
