Are you looking for an awesome self-defense class? Look no further! Meet Sensei Bodil Eriksson, a black belt Jiujitsu master! She's offering a one-hour self-defense class that's perfect for both kids and adults.

Her Jiujitsu style is based on The Durewall system, which follows the principles of "less is more" - using minimum force to achieve the greatest effect without causing pain or injury. 

Bodil will come to a location of your choosing in the DMV area to teach the class. Any group size is fine, but it's recommended to have at least four people. Jiujitsu is an effective and humane self-defense technique for everyone. You'll learn some basic self-protection moves, how to fall safely, and even some ergonomics. 

Prior to moving to the USA, Bodil was a member of the Swedish board of Budo Education for ten years. In the late 1980's she became the fourth Swedish female to receive the honor of Master Black Belt in Jiujitsu and subsequently became a Specialist Instructor with a focus on self-defense for women.
