This gift will fund a budget to support 2 student-made short films in staff member Joe Cross's newly created film elective. The 12 enrolled GMWS students will be writing, filming, and editing short films of their own creation that will be screened at the first ever Green Meadow Waldorf School Film Festival at the end of the year.

This budget will cover costs of:

-locations

-on-set catering

-equipment packages

-costumes

-hair and makeup

-post-production costs

-film festival costs

Plus any other miscellaneous expenses that come up as the students create budgets and schedules for their short films.

This is a burgeoning program at the school, which we hope to keep going year-after-year with generous community support!
