2 hours of "The BSBF"- The Big Sister Best Friend is our signature session. This mentorship session is offered both virtually and in person. During a BSBF session, we spend time doing exactly what we are here to do- create a relationship with your child and provide guidance and mentorship. The BSBF provides a positive adult role model with Mental Health Counseling experience, develops trust and friendship, is a confidant, and offers educated advice. We also provide conflict resolution skill development, which fosters ways of resolving differences with peers, friends and family, through learned communication and an understanding of perspective.
