This beautiful hand-forged Japanese-style kitchen utility knife was made by Chris McFee. The blade is differentially hardened with a visible temper line on the polished edge portion, contrasting with the rustic hammered finish along the spine. A west coast Myrtlewood handle is attached with copper fittings. The overall length is twelve inches.
