Originally from the Philippines, our executive chef, Mark Diu, fell in love with hunting, wildlife, and foraging when he moved to NZ in 2006. He's now renowned for his expertise in showcasing hand-foraged, locally grown, and seasonal NZ produce. Mark delivers a 5-star culinary experience and repeatedly wows our guests with his creativity, texture, and flavors. He's a regular feature in our guest book, with many telling us the food was an unexpected highlight of their stay. He leaves you excited and intrigued about the dining experience.

Enjoy a four-night stay in a room with Super King beds with En-Suite bathrooms in a lodge created with your comfort in mind. Booking
This trip is valid for 2025 or 2026. To secure your reservation, you must book your vacation within three months. Vacation must be taken between September 1st through December 20th or January 10th through February 10th. These dates are Spring in New Zealand.
