Description

PAGU means "pug" in Japanese, and it is also a values driven yet playful neighborhood restaurant in Cambridge, MA led by Chef Owner and Lexington native Tracy Chang. Tracy draws inspiration from her experience cooking Japanese, Spanish and Taiwanese food, and she is constantly iterating to make the menu more friendly to all diets while never sacrificing quality and flavor. PAGU is completely nut free and dishes are designed to be easily modified to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, and vegan diets.

Their classes range from sushi to handpulled noodles to dumplings, and much more.  These small group classes are taught in an intimate setting so you can really learn the techniques.  Their goal is to provide cooking enthusiasts the knowledge and experience to create what they love to eat. Impress your friends with restaurant recipes that are achievable at home. Perfect for date night, team building with work colleagues, hanging with friends and family, and more.

Our classes run about 2.5 hours long and we will provide you with the tools, ingredients, and a goodie bag to take home. We hope that you will walk away from our experience with the skills and confidence to create something special at home.
