Description
A once in a lifetime experience to by Mayor for a Day with Martinez Mayor, Brianne Zorn!
This lucky student will get to join Mayor Zorn at a Martinez City Council Meeting!
Responsibilities for the Mini Mayor will include starting the pledge of allegiance, standing with the City Council during proclamation photos, and calling for public comment.
City Council Meeting are held on Wednesday nights and the date will be coordinated with Mayor Zorn. Given the responsibilities and potential for a later evening, this experience may be best for a 4th or 5th grader. The student is welcome to leave at any time between agenda items.
