Welcome to The Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the region's premier natural history and science museum with over one million objects in its collection.


Step into the museum seven days a week year-round and discover huge dinosaurs that transport you back in time, interactive space exhibits that make your mind wonder, world-class wildlife displays that take you to Earth's wildest places, personalized health scicne fun that puts your body to the test, and a Discovery Zone especially for young children. 


Your passes grant entrance into the permanent exhibitions of the museum including: 



  • Expedition Health features the human body, including the science of taste.

  • Space Odyssey, about the Universe and our place in it. 

  • Prehistoric Journey traces the evolution of life on Earth.

  • Wildlife Halls include animal dioramas showing scenes of the daily life of birds and animals indigenous to Colorado, the U.S., and across the globe. 

  • Insects and Butterflies features Colorado's state insect and many others. 

  • Egyptian Mummies contains two mummies, several coffins and many various antiquities from ancient Egypt. 

  • Coors Gems and Minerals Hall is an opportunity to examine colorful crystals and minerals.

  • Konovalenko Gem Carvings features the only public collection of gem carvings by the Ukrainian-born Soviet artist Vasily Konovalenko outside of Moscow.

  • Ancient Denver is a series of paintings by local artists that depict the area from 300 million years ago to the present. 


But that's not all! On your visit, you'll also see on display skeletons of Tyrannosaurus rex, a fin whale and more. 


The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is located in historic City Park in central Denver. Free parking is available on survace lots and in an underground garage. The Museum is also next to a major RTD route. 


The Museum is open 364 days a year, from 9am-5pm daily.

Valid for general admission into the Museum only, does not include surcharge for temporary exhibits, IMAX, or Planetarium. 


All four entries must be used at time of certificate redemption.
