Acupuncture is an ancient healing art that uses points on the body to access the qi. Qi is the same as energy or life force, it is the power that keeps our bodies moving, our hearts pumping, and our minds thinking. 

In an initial treatment at Roots & Branches Acupuncture, we'll review your complete health history and assessment and will spend the time necessary to form a complete picture of your health...past, present, and future. By learning about your past and current symptoms, I will be able to see trends inyour health and figure out where your life and body has created an imbalance, whether from trauma or lifestyle. Very thin, hair fine needles will be inserted in specific points across your body, depending on your individual constitution and health needs.
