The Boedecker Theater, Boulder's only arthouse cinema located at the Dairy Arts Center, is known for being one of the leading arts movie theaters in the country. Noted for programming excellence as well as diversity, The Boe has introduced Boulder to national art house special features, premiere movies as part of the New York Film Critics national screens, live opera and ballet performances streamed from around the world, and has participated in 22 cinema partnerships. Talk-backs have become a popular feature, as has Saturday 12:30 pm movies for kids!
