Description
Seguin Gardens opened in 2009 with a mission to create jobs for adults with developmental disabilities who have difficulty getting employment in the community.
This amazing organization donated a Seguin Grown houseplant - a beautiful Neon Heart Leaf Philodendron, a ceramic pot, and a $25 gift certificate.
Just in time for planting season!
Special Instructions
Item will be available for pick up in one of two ways:
- If you are attending the event, you can pick up at the end of Seeds of Change on April 4.
- If you are unable to attend, the item will be available for pick up at Crossroads Fund's Logan Square office after April 15.
