  • Two succulents to hang in abovementioned plant holder

  • A 7" ceramic vase made by potter Fred Follansbee

  • A $50 gift certificate for Southside Blooms so you can purchase flowers for the abovementioned vase

Special Instructions

Item will be available for pick up in one of two ways:



  • If you are attending the event, you can pick up at the end of Seeds of Change on April 4.

  • If you are unable to attend, the item will be available for pick up at Crossroads Fund's Logan Square office after April 15.
