Camp BANANAS is where art, creativity, fun, and friendship come together for an amazing summer experience.
Each week of summer camp will kick off with fresh signature BANANAS! projects and themes, but what truly distinguishes us is that every group of kids actively shapes their creative journey. We celebrate the unique vibe and artistic expression of each group, cultivating a dynamic and collaborative environment
Camp BANANAS runs from 9:00 to 3:00, but we also offer aftercare for those who’d like another hour of fun to stay until 4:00.
Themes for this summer include:
- Rockstar Rhythms – Music, movement, and star-worthy creations!
- Fairies & Goblins – A world of magical creatures and woodland wonders.
- Under the Sea – Ocean-inspired crafts and deep-sea adventures.
- Things That Go Pop, Fizz, Plop – Science meets art in the most exciting ways!
- Adventure Worlds – Explore, create, and discover new places through imagination.

Special Instructions
All orders are subject to a $.50 shipping and handling fee. This fee will be automatically added to your total purchase when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent via USPS or emailed if applicable. If you win an item and would like it mailed via certified insured mail, please email auction@friendsofwalgrove.com by March 28, 2025, and we will do so at your expense. If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us by March 28th, otherwise, we will ship your item.
Larger items can be picked up in Los Angeles, CA, or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Priority Mail. $11 for large envelopes, $21 for medium boxes, $27 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Friends of Walgrove is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Walgrove Community: A pick-up option is available. The pick-up date at Walgrove Elementary is Friday, March 28th, from 8 am to 10 am. The location will be provided for Tuesday, April 1st pick-up from 5-7 pm.
