Walgrove Dad Evan Flock's Sessions Gym has two physical locations in Mar Vista and Santa Monica and offers 4 weeks of 3x/week semi-private personal training.
We're done with the cookie-cutter gyms that provide the same workouts of the day & one-size-fits-all approach. Your personal training program is designed around your needs and goals.
1-ON-1 NUTRITION COACHING
Yes, we've got an app for it. Yes, we've got healthy meal-delivery service options. And yes, we've seen it all and done it all. Whatever your nutritional needs, our coaching staff is here to coach you every step of the way.
STRESS, SLEEP, & RECOVERY PROTOCOLS
Sessions Personal Training coaches are able to provide you with stress, sleep, and recovery protocols to help you see massive results outside of the gym.
3D BODY-COMPOSITION SCANNING
3D Body Scanning safely, privately, and accurately allows you to capture and track valuable data on your way to reaching your wellness and body shape goals including: 3D avatar, circumference measurements, body composition, posture analytics, weight, balance, and more.
ON-DEMAND COACH COMMUNICATION
Traveling and need a workout plan? At dinner and need to know what to eat? Shopping for groceries and need healthy options for the family? We got you! All members receive private communication access to their team to ensure that you are cared for and connected with a coach when you need it most.

Special Instructions
All orders are subject to a $.50 shipping and handling fee. This fee will automatically add to your total purchase when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent via USPS or emailed if applicable. If you win an item and would like it mailed via certified insured mail, please email auction@friendsofwalgrove.com by March 28, 2025, and we will do so at your expense. If you want to pick up an item, please get in touch with us by March 28th. Otherwise, we will ship your item.
Larger items can be picked up in Los Angeles, CA, or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Priority Mail. $11 for large envelopes, $21 for medium boxes, $27 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories, and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Friends of Walgrove is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Walgrove Community: A pick-up option is available. The pick-up date at Walgrove Elementary is Friday, March 28th, from 8 am to 10 am. The location will be provided for Tuesday, April 1st, pick-up from 5-7 pm.
