Detailed Party Description: You are bidding on a themed A-frame slumber party for 4 kids. Twinkling lights, comfy pillows, cozy blankets, special treats... you will be WOWED by this magical experience! Party set up and take down included. Party to be booked and delivered before the end of summer 2023. Party location must be within 15 miles of Walgrove Elementary School. Our beautifully handcrafted redwood A-frames are intended to be used indoors. Set up location must be accessible and have enough clear space for us to work our magic! This experience can be upgraded to accommodate a maximum of 10 kids.

Special Instructions
All orders are subject to a $.50 shipping and handling fee. This fee will be automatically added to your total purchase when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent via USPS or emailed if applicable. If you win an item and would like it mailed via certified insured mail, please email auction@friendsofwalgrove.com by March 28, 2025, and we will do so at your expense. If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us by March 28th, otherwise, we will ship your item.
Larger items can be picked up in Los Angeles, CA, or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Priority Mail. $11 for large envelopes, $21 for medium boxes, $27 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Friends of Walgrove is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Walgrove Community: A pick-up option is available. The pick-up date at Walgrove Elementary is Friday, March 28th, from 8 am to 10 am. The location will be provided for Tuesday, April 1st pick-up from 5-7 pm.
