The Class blends cardio, strength training, and guided meditation into a music-driven workout that brings you into the present moment. The practice is mat-based and music-driven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. We use sound to release energy and breath to bring awareness to feelings and sensations. The result is a stronger body, calmer mind, and a greater sense of presence.
Special Instructions
All orders are subject to a $.50 shipping and handling fee. This fee will automatically add to your total purchase when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent via USPS or emailed if applicable. If you win an item and would like it mailed via certified insured mail, please email auction@friendsofwalgrove.com by March 28, 2025, and we will do so at your expense. If you want to pick up an item, please get in touch with us by March 28th. Otherwise, we will ship your item.
Larger items can be picked up in Los Angeles, CA, or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Priority Mail. $11 for large envelopes, $21 for medium boxes, $27 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories, and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Friends of Walgrove is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Walgrove Community: A pick-up option is available. The pick-up date at Walgrove Elementary is Friday, March 28th, from 8 am to 10 am. The location will be provided for Tuesday, April 1st, pick-up from 5-7 pm.
