Jeanne De Vita is a developmental editor with 15 years of experience across a wide range of genres, including romantasy and speculative fiction. She has acquired and edited (content, line, and copy/technical) hundreds of books for traditional publishers and bestselling indies, worked with authors at all stages of their careers, and teaches editing and publishing courses for UCLA Extension and Stanford Continuing Studies. She focuses her freelance practice on author career development so that each client learns the craft of their genre as well as market considerations to support a successful path to publishing.
