Description
For fans of the Craftsman Farms, here is a rare opportunity to visit The Stickley Museum in Morris Plains, NJ. Gustav Stickley was a designer, manufacturer and spokesman for the Arts and Crafts movement. Craftsman Farms represents the apex of Stickley’s career and his life here from 1910-17. He transformed the surrounding countryside into more than a country retreat and place to call home: Craftsman Farms became the physical manifestation of his ideals.
This opportunity is open to 2 – 6 participants and includes lunch at nearby Tabor Road Tavern, an elegant restaurant with upscale American comfort food in a room with woodsy, ski-lodge decor.
In addition, the winning bidder and one guest will receive two round-trip tickets on United Airlines between Chicago O’Hare and Newark Liberty International Airport, as well as a two or three night stay (winner’s choice) at the Hanover Marriott, a 7-minute drive to the Museum.
Special Instructions
This package does not include ground transportation.
Dates to be arranged with the Stickley Museum and the donor of the airline tickets and hotel room.
