Description: Beautiful stone house on 45 acres in Rangeley; 4 beds, 2.5 bath; walk-out basement with fire pit overlooking Rangeley Lake, located just 5 miles from Saddleback Mountain. You will enjoy some of the best views in Rangeley, with proximity to all Rangeley has to offer, including golf, fishing, hiking, boating on Rangeley Lake, and more. Miles of freshly cut hiking trails through the woods on property, plus Saddleback Mountain is open for summer fun including hiking and mountain biking, and live music at the Pub. The town of Rangeley is a mile away and has numerous restaurants and shops for summer visitors. Some of our favorite summer activities include hiking and swimming at Smalls Falls, renting a boat on Rangeley Lake for waterskiing and tubing, ice cream at Pine Tree Frosty’s, and s’mores over the bonfire while we watch the sunset. This is a place to truly unwind and feel secluded (but you’ll be well-connected if you desire with Starlink satellite internet!).
