Two American Fashion and Jewelry Design including Final Rose Pin in gold tone with crystals and Final Rose Pin in silver tone with crystal clear rhinestones. Add to that, "The First Lady" pin from Nolan Miller's Glamour Collection, which was inspired by first lady Nancy Reagan with proceeds benefiting the Alzheimers Association in her honor.
