Reservation must be made in advance.  Certificate is redeemable only at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.  Reservation modifications cannot be made at the time of check-in.  Stay cannot be split or redeemed on separate dates.  Additional room nights may be booked at prevailing rate and contingent upon room availability. Reservation will be accepted based on availability and excludes holidays, with limited availability from January through April, and any dates that the resort is projected to be fully occupied.  Reservation is not valid in conjuntion with any group reservations or other promotions, certificates or discounts.  Standard guest room, tax, daily resort fee, self-parking and access for four guests to AquaRidge WaterPark are complimentary, any incidental expenses will be your responsibility.  This certificate is non-transferable has no cash or resale value, and may not be substitiuted for any other services.  Lost, stolen or expired certificates will not be re-issued.  No further expiration date extensions are permitted.
