Iris Looi is a board-certified dermatology physician assistant and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She completed her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in biology. Iris worked in dermatology for three years before pursuing her studies as a physician assistant.

She received her Master of Medical Science from Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program and was trained in the Yale-New Haven Health System, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Iris’ clinical expertise extend to many aspects of General and Cosmetic Dermatology. Iris is one of the few medical providers in New York City to be trained in the use of MelaFind®, the first FDA approved noninvasive medical device to detect melanoma in its earliest stages. Iris works alongside Dr. Russak seeing longtime patients of Dr. Russak’s and her own patient base.
