60-Minute Birthday Party for up to 10 kids at Joy Gymnastics

Our birthdays provide a fun yet safe gymnastics experience for all your guests! All of our birthdays include a structured class appropriate for all skill levels as well as engaging gymnastics games and obstacles. Please let us know the ages of your guests as well as any themes you’d like us to incorporate into the fun!

What’s included:
-Exclusive use of the gym during your allotted time.
-Your guests will have 15 minutes before and after in the lobby to get ready.
-Two coaches to lead structured class and activities during your reserved time slot for all other parties.
-Incorporate themed stations or games if requested.

Typical Party Breakdown
-Introductions: We welcome your guests by introducing the coaches and rules, play a warm up game and a quick stretch to get started
-Gymnastics events: We split guests up into 2 (or 3) groups and take them around various gymnastics obstacles or circuits which may include bars, beam, floor and vault
-Closing games: We finish off all parties with movement games as a group
