Established in 2014, Pilates Heights was founded by Brooklyn-native and Pilates enthusiast Kristine Storie, when she grew tired of taking the train to Manhattan to take her favorite fitness classes. Since then, the studio has hosted tens of thousands of classes and clients, with an emphasis on functional fitness, community, and fun. After surviving a one-year pandemic-related shut-down, the studio emerged with a renewed connection to its Pilates roots, and has recently rebranded and expanded its Pilates offerings to reflect that shift.

Must be 16 years or older to participate; minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
