A one month membership is for 30 days. Once membership is started, it will expire after 30 days. Fitness classes are tailored for women from ages 13-80 years old, with AM and PM classes available. No equipment is needed to do the workouts and all levels welcomed. There is no expiration date and certificate is good for new members only.
