In 1988, Jay Elowsky, along with his parents, opened the first Pasta Jay’s at 9th and Pearl. Thirty years later it is still a favorite of the Boulder Community. In addition to our original Boulder eatery you can find Pasta Jay’s in Moab, UT. Proud of his culinary heritage—Jay enthusiastically states, “Generations later we still use our family recipes to create food fit for a king!”
