The condo is a two-bedroom unit on the 2nd floor facing the ocean. It can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. Because of its location by the sea the condo has no AC because the wind is always keeping it cool for most of the year. 

The unit is located 5 minutes walk from the village center center and 15 min walk from the famous Yal Ku Lagoon.
