After placing a protective barrier on the gum tissue, a whitening gel is applied to the teeth. Dr. Dietz will then use a specialized bright blue light to activate the gel. This activation significantly whitens teeth, and the concentration of the gel can be customized to help minimize tooth sensitivity.
