* Winner must contact Roclord Studio by July 9, 2025 and complete photography by September 9, 2025.

* No substitutions

* No digital files or CDs

* No business or "headshots"

* No-show to any scheduled appointment or session voids this certificate (72 hour cancellation policy)

* Must meet in-studio and select your gift photo within 14 days of photo session or certificate becomes void.

* Must attend all three (3) scheduled appointments.

* Distribution of winning items will be in the Stone Ranch front office on Wednesday, May 7th, from 10:00am to 2:30pm.

* If shipping is required, the Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Stone Ranch Foundation will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
