* Alternatively, the awarded design time can also be used for smaller design tasks which may include, but not limited to: color review, finishes review, space planning review, art placement, resource guidance, and the generation of big ideas

Special Instructions
* Distribution of winning items will be in the Stone Ranch front office on Wednesday, May 7th, from 10:00am to 2:30pm.
* If shipping is required, the Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Stone Ranch Foundation will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
