Spend a day observing surgery in one of the top medical centers in NYC. You will get to meet a real patient who scheduled to undergo surgery, observe the process of anesthesia as well as an actual surgical procedure.

Learn about what it takes to prepare for a career in medicine over lunch with a HCHS Parent Doctor. This experience is ideal for mature students considering a career in medicine. Junior or Senior HS students ONLY. Please understand that it will require time planning and approval of the patient and surgeon. Full immunization required.
