Mitt work boxing 30 minutes in the courtyard , wraps will be provided

Boxing (one-on-one mitt work) for 30 minutes. Miriam would hold the mitts/pads for a student to box. It’s a way to practice some basic boxing techniques but with more precision, since they will have pads held for them as targets. Mitts, boxing wraps, and gloves will be provided for the student to use.
