The winning bidder can book up to THREE rooms double-occupancy for a 7-night stay. You can use all three rooms in one trip or use a single room for up to three different trips. Choose from several Room options depending on availability.
Club Rooms are a spacious 425 square feet, with private balconies or terraces in the garden Club areas.
Premium rooms are 500 square feet with partial-ocean or garden views, private balconies and terraces.
Beachfront Rooms are 540 square feet with two beds, full baths and shower, and views of Coco Beach.

Special Instructions
For the All-inclusive site amenities which include unlimited food and beverage (includes alcohol), water sports, fitness centers, tennis, the Kids Club, lounges, spa and salon treatments, bars and entertainment, each guest will also pay a mandatory fee of $150/person per night for their stay.
Government tax/service is additional. Guests choosing to upgrade to a higher category may do so for as little as $50 per night + tax.
Air transportation is not included.
There is a surcharge for holiday periods from December 21-January 3rd, and the month of February. Travel must be booked by June 30, 2026.
