In 2000, a group of coastsiders opened a casual family restaurant on Pillar Point Harbor in Half Moon Bay, CA, and in 2003 opened the first operating brewery on the San Mateo Coast since 1873.  Over the years, they have expanded and now have an event center, inn and mobile taproom.
