Y&Y understands yoga to be a mental practice as well as a physical one and that the symbiosis of yoga and meditation will improve awareness, relaxation and concentration with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining happiness in one’s life.

Y&Y offers classes of all levels for people of all ages and abilities where teachers are encouraged to bring their own style while staying true to the traditions and wisdom of yoga.

Y&Y offers a variety of movement style: Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Katonah, Prenatal, Restorative, Yin as well as Rope Wall and Tai Chi.

Offering classes in collaboration with the Shantideva Center (FPMT) affords practitioners a unique opportunity to deepen their yoga experience through meditation.
