I found my way to Traditional Chinese Medicine by way of a dance injury and a dissatisfying career. My initial course of acupuncture treatment resolved both issues – soon after I committed to a four-year program to become an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist.

Because of my background, I see a lot of artists in my practice; helping them return to full-scale activities more quickly after injury and helping to combat blocked creativity or creativity fatigue. However, I am a general practitioner that loves to see anyone interested in experiencing all that this medicine has to offer.

I practice the Mei Zen system of cosmetic acupuncture- an elegant treatment protocol based entirely on classical Chinese medicine - which allows for individualized treatments that address aging gracefully, while bringing vitality to the appearance of the face and neck. I also offer cosmetic microneedling and facial gua sha sessions to help us fully embrace our increasing wisdom!

I am licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut and am a Board Certified Chinese Herbalist by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
