Raclette, a dish indigenous to parts of Switzerland, is a round cheese heated either in front of a fire or by a special machine and then plated and accompanied by fingerling potatoes, gherkins, cornichons, other pickled vegetables, and dried meats. This delicious evening will start with some light appetizers before moving to the star of the show--racletteand finishing with cordials, coffee or tea, and a sweet surprise!
