Welcome to one of the best locations and beaches on Cape Cod! We are located 1/10th mile from Crosby Landing Beach, home of the Brewster Flats, the largest tidal flats in North America; and just half a mile from Nickerson State Park, with its freshwater ponds and hiking trails.

Walk or ride bikes 3 miles along the bike trail to Orleans Center, with its shops, restaurants, and the Chocolate Sparrow, a favorite hangout. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeping 8-13 people. (First floor: a bedroom with 1 queen; a bedroom with 2 twins; and a separate bathroom. Second floor: a bedroom with 1 king and an en suite bathroom + trundle twin beds in an attached alcove; and a bedroom with 1 queen and an en suite bathroom. Finished basement: 1 pull-out queen and a twin.) Well-stocked kitchen. Large deck overlooking Crosby Landing Beach. Amenities include: A/C splits on each floor, Wi-Fi, TV (no cable as we stream from our phones), washer/dryer. Under the deck are four Adirondack chairs for bird-watching in the yard. Kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes are available for use. The house is offered in the fall of 2025, for one week to be determined. Winning bidders are kindly asked to leave the home as they found it: take the trash and recycling to the recycling center, and launder the towels and sheets.
