Up to 6 successful bidders will join Davis Square residents Monte Allen, Sara Oaklander, and Lanier Smythe for brunch in Monte's & Sara's yard, followed by a curated stroll around the neighborhood to experience the musical extravaganza that is Somerville PorchFest. The first of its kind in Massachusetts, Somerville PorchFest started in 2011 with local small-time musicians stepping out on their porches to play some songs for listeners who came to hear what their neighbors could do with an acoustic guitar or a few amps and a drum set.
