Wonderful conversation piece. "Turquoise" (or turquoise-like) stones on array of overlain embellished/stamped metal discs with various designs. Composition of metal unknown. Feels like pewter. Slightly heavy but not too much so. Approximately 8" around periphery of piece. Very slightly adjustable (but do slowly and with care).
