Doors typically open at 7pm and the show would begin at 8pm. Your tickets can be picked up from the Casino Rama Resort Box Office on the day of the concert between 12pm and 8pm. Tickets must be picked up at least an hour before the start of the show. You will be provided with a letter certificate that you must show with your ID to claim your prize.
