Private space above the seldom-used garage. Located next to main house where my husband and I live. Guest access through private entrance. Access to private garden, yard and pathway to marsh and sandy path to beaches.

Large master bedroom with king sized bed. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Double bed in alcove off of living room.

Kitchenette with air fryer/toaster oven/broiler, coffee maker, mini-refrigerator. Please note there is no stove and no dishwasher.

Beautiful outdoor shower for your after beach cleanup.

Heating and AC available fully controllable by guest preferences. Mini-split HVAC system.

TV with Roku.
