Walking a Labyrinth Daily: Exploring a Spiritual Practice is Chris's journal of the entire year 2014. She walked a labyrinth each day -- on foot, finger labyrinth, or drawing a 7-circuit labyrinth from a seed pattern and marking steps with varying markings. Each day she wrote about her walking experience in a journal. Book includes instructions for drawing classic labyrinths from a seed pattern and a black-and-white photo of a labyrinth for each month's chapter.
Cover photo is of the labyrinth in Chartres built in 2011 by Veriditas team of 19, including Chris. Chris is a former Veriditas Council member. This was Chris's first published book.
