Vicky Furlow offers a private guided tutorial using art as a meditative practice. This approach emphasizes process rather than product. Without "pressure to perform" the art process brings a sense of calmness, ease and delight. It can open space for unexpected insights and inspirations, not unlike the practice of walking a labyrinth!

Vicky's approach to contemplative art grew from a rich history as an artist and educator. As a teaching artist with the Oklahoma Arts Council she conducted residencies in a range of diverse settings, with students of all ages. In workshops and retreats she loves to combine art practices such as mandala drawing with the labyrinth experience. Vicky is a Veriditas Council member and Advanced Facilitator.
