You’re bidding on a spacious two bedroom/two full bathroom condo with queen
bedroom suite and front two twin XL bedroom (can be converted to king bed).  Large and light-filled, it is perfect for a couple that wants extra space for guests or to host a large family group.

Through the entry is a new gourmet kitchen with full size appliances, plenty of cabinets, all needed cooking/serving wares and new prep bar with seating.  The dining area has a table that can expand to seat six for special gatherings.  The living area has a new custom built-in fireplace (elec/LED), a large-screen TV with spectrum cable/Wi-Fi, and a new very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The front bedroom has an additional TV with Amazon Fire connection, and the unit offers central AC and heat. The condo property is fully HC accessible; there are two modern elevators to all levels.

Located in the heart of Chautauqua on Bestor Plaza, it’s a very short walk to all
Chautauqua venues including the Colonnade, Visual Arts Center, Bookstore and food services, Athenaeum Hotel, library, Amphitheater, and the lake.

Available 2026 dates for a four-day/four-night weekend (Friday through Monday, with the option to check out on Tuesday morning) are Labor Day weekend (September 4-7); September 11-14; or September 18-21.
