1974, the year I took fishing advice from my wise grandmother: “Fetch a night line and put bacon fat on the hook, toss it out as far as you can and check it in the morning”. 1974, under the waves of the Kichi Sibi, I caught the 39” sturgeon.

1974: l’année où ma grand-mère m’a révélé le secret de la pêche: « Va chercher une ligne dormante, pique du gras de bacon sur l’hameçon, lance-la le plus loin possible et reviens au matin. » En 1974, sous les vagues du Kichi Sibi, j’ai attrapé l’esturgeon de 39 po.
