Description

Ila Panik Marchetta (Co-Founder and CEO, and MHS 7th grade parent) and Yvette Hernandez (Environment Program Director and MHS 7th Grade parent) invite you to join their team for a very special in person or virtual interactive session for parents and caregivers.

What is U4U?
We elevate + empower teen girls to realize their full potential. U4U programs are far from ordinary. We’re talking rich, holistic, and professionally curated content that’s intelligent, measurable, and results-oriented.
Our goal? To flip the script + send teen girl mental health statistics plummeting. But that's not all. We're also on a journey to fuel the rise of female leaders across the globe.

Special Instructions

U4U Caregiver & Educator Ed
As you are well aware, books and films like The Anxious Generation, The Social Dilemma, and Anxious Nation highlight the urgent mental health challenges facing our youth. With 57% of teenage girls reporting persistent sadness or hopelessness last year (a rate 2x that of boys), we know that parents and educators are eager for tools to help—but many don’t know where to start. That’s where we come in.

What We Offer
Our parent education session, “Supporting Girls in the Age of Social Media: Tips, Tools, and Guidance for Parents,” provides actionable strategies and resources.

 Take home:
A social media & smartphone contract to facilitate healthy digital habits.
A publication entitled “The Top 5 Challenges Facing Teen Girls”, which not only outlines the challenges but provides ways to support girls through them.
